In Asthma disease people have problem in breathing and have airways in the lungs. People with asthma become swollen and the muscles around the airways tighten and trigger the symptoms. This situation becomes very harder air to move in and out from the lungs.  This produces coughing, wheezing, shortness in breath and chest tightness.

  1. Exercise-induced bronchoconstriction (EIB), or exercise-induced asthma (EIA), is related to physical activity. some healthy people can grow asthma symptoms while exercising.
  2. People may develop asthma from the family history of allergies or may develop this due to allergy of a particular object(allergic asthma).
  3. Sometime people may inhale fumes, gases, dust or other potentially harmful substances unknowingly (Occupational asthma).
  4. Some people may develop asthma from their child hood.
  5. Asthma disease in non-curable. But once it is identified, treatment is there by which one can manage the condition and can stay in comfort.  

Asthma is one of most common disease in the world. Minor cases of asthma are not painful but the increase of severances can give lot of problems to the people in performing their duties and may have hard time. Common sign of asthma are Coughing, Difficulty breathing, Chest tightness, Shortness of breath and Wheezing.  The symptom of asthma is not good it could be very painful and deadly too. So treatment of this is very essential.

Causes of Asthma disease

Symptoms of Asthma may trigger in the exposure to an allergen like ragweed, pollen, animal dander or dust mites, Irritants in the air like smoke, chemical fumes or strong odors or extreme weather conditions. Sometimes Exercise or illness mainly respiratory illness or the flu can also make you more susceptible to asthma.  

 Human behavior like expressing joy , sorrow, excitement and abrupt perforation can cause difficulty in breathing too however it does not happen all time. Displaying over excitement affects normal breathing patterns.  For instant shouting, crying or laughing can act as an asthma trigger. So relaxing is essential during an asthma attack. Researchers have found that rapid breathing associated with strong emotions can cause bronchial tubes to constrict, possibly provoking or worsening an attack. Asthma symptoms can appear at any time.

Asthma disease Symptoms

 Commonly in case of asthma people will have wheezing. a scratchy or whistling sound  occur during breathing. Together with this one could have Shortness of breath, Chest tightness or pain, Chronic coughing and difficulty in sleeping due to coughing or wheezing.

Asthma symptoms are  asthma flare-ups or asthma attacks. Allergies and exposure to allergens like pet dander, dust mites, pollen or mold. Other No allergic triggers include smoking, pollution, cold air and changes in weather.

In case of child has one or more of these symptoms make an appointment with an allergist or  immunologist: constant Coughing, Wheezing or whistling sound, Shortness or rapid breathing, Chest tightness ,Fatigue , Problems feeding or grunting during feeding, Avoiding sports or social activities, Problems  in sleeping due to coughing or difficulty in breathing.

To determine the pattern of asthma it is very important to understand the attacking time and period of asthma attack. This helps doctor to diagnosis the condition of patient.  So it is necessary to Pay attention when symptoms occur:  On night or early morning , Through or after exercise, at certain seasons, When laughing or crying or When exposed to common asthma triggers

Asthma disease Diagnosis

Spirometer is used to identify the level of asthma. Here deep breath and blow into a sensor is measured.  the amount of air the lungs can hold and the speed of air inhale or exhale are measured.  With this the severity of asthma is identified and at the same time determines the progress of treatment. Treating underlying allergic triggers for the asthma helps to prevent asthma symptoms.

Asthma disease Treatment and Management

Asthma is non curable however there are some ways by which its symptoms can be controlled with appropriate asthma treatment and management.  To get control of it one has to take appropriate treatment and medicines as directed by the experts. To take it in control the treatment of allergist is prescribe. One should take due attention in the consumption of medicine and follow the instructions for using them.

 So to do this treatment shall be the medicine which will keep the asthma in manageable condition by medicines only. The medicine may include inhaled corticosteroids, budesonide, mometasone, ciclesonide, flunisolide, beclomethasone and so on. Before using this one most consult with doctors or concern specialist.

  The medicine of asthma includes short-acting beta-agonists. These inhaled bronchodilator medications include albuterol levalbuterol and pirbuterol. In case of acute asthma the doctor could prescribed Oral and intravenous corticosteroids. These medicine have side effect when uses for long time so it is very essential to follow expert instruction to have minimum impact of these medicine.

Asthma patient are at risk of developing complications respiratory infections like influenza and pneumonia.  Proper medication and asthma management plan one can minimize their symptom and can enjoy comfort and better life. One can control their asthma by making asthma action plan.
